Gotta Do It!!!

Well, I just completed a 20 minute workout and am headed to do another 20 minutes on the elipitcal. I was thinking that I haven't posted in a while, so I'm doing it real quick!

I haven't met my goal this month!!! BUT I GOTTA DO IT!!!

Yeah, I'm a little dissappointed in myself, but I know I didn't do enough to get my 5 pounds off that I wanted too. So my goal for the next 30 days is to do my Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD every day. That's right, I said it out loud here on the blog. So check on me to see if I keep it up. The workout is only 20 minutes, and its a great 20 minutes at that. So I figured if I can do this for 30 days, I can get my 5 pounds off by the end of May!!

If you are like me and didn't, get it into gear and do it with me.

YOU GOTTA DO IT TOO!!! Make a goal for yourself for the next 30 days and try really hard to stick with it! 30 Days is not that long and who knows what will happen as a result of this.

It's not always easy to stay on track, but I'm glad you are not giving up. You will make your goal. I know you will. You are a stronge person with a wonderful attitude towards health. It's a slow path.
My goal for May is to keep walking and lifting. That is all I can do right now because my knee is not healing right. (That is a whole neither story Fun Fun) I lost three pounds in April. I know most of that was becuase of the cleanse. Which I highly recommend. I feel really good.
It is so nice to have friends to share this journey. Wishing all a great week. Lynn

You go Lynn. Now you need to share the info on the cleanse thing. Who makes it, where can we get it. Can I get it at GNC?
I felt great today after making this post. I did another 20 minutes on the eliptical and hope to keep it up!
I also found a new Nature preserve out near Middleburg today. They have a 2/3 mile trail. I didn't get to walk it because the girls were with me and we didn't have jackets. I plan to go out there soon. We should meet out there to walk it together. Let me know what you think!

My friend ordered the cleanse for me through her work. It's called dieter's cleanse by Nature's Sunshine. You can get it at www.naturessunshine.com. It was $45.80 for 2 cleanse (you only do one then wait a few months and do the other one). I called my friend to see if she know of any cleanses at GNC. She say there are cleanse there but she does not know much about them because she only works with Natures Sunshine. However she did say that GNC carries good products. Like she told me make sure you read the info. that comes with it. You want increased bowl movement not the runs so adjust what you take. I never had a problem. But that is what I took.
Have you ever been to the park at Allen Center. It is a really nice park and it has a walking path (I think it's a mile around). If you take 245 towards North Lewisburg and turn right on Allen Center Rd. It's right behind the fire station. Where is the one in Middleburg? It would be nice to get to together for an outing. From now to the 9th of may my life is kind of crazy, but after that it should calm down. What does your schedule look like?

We went out to MIddleburg today to the Nature Preserve. Its a very nice little spot. The trail is rather short, but I know they are planning like a 2 mile loop. We walked and looked rather quickly. Take 559 out of N. Lewisburg and turn right onto 287 that takes you into Middleburg. Go past the gas/ store and just on the outskirts of town is TWP. RD. 227, turn left and then right at the stop sign. The preserve is right there on the right.
Yep, we've been to Allen Township park alot. We actually have our cloverbud 4h meetings there and we've used the building before. We can wait til after next week, its all kinda crazy for me too. We could meet some eveing if you want.
